  2. Suspend or terminate Services for users who repeatedly commit violations.

Your use of our Services is subject to these terms as well as our Terms of Service.


Submitting a Notice of Infringement

If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed.

  • A description of the infringing material and its location.

  • A good faith statement that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.


Our Procedure After Receiving a Valid Notice

When a proper notice is received, we may:

  • Remove or block access to the content.

  • Notify the uploader of the removal.

  • Terminate Services for repeat violators.


Counter-Notice Process

If you believe the removed or disabled material was wrongfully taken down, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

  • Identification of the removed material and its original location.

  • A statement, in good faith, that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in your district (or where OakMira is located if outside the U.S.), and agreement to accept service of process.

We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they file a lawsuit, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days.
